Where we deliver

We ship worldwide from Germany.

All orders are shipped with DHL Parcel and are fully trackable. Express shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Dispatch times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order.

While we aim to meet this timeframe, dispatch times may occasionally be longer during collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Delivery times

The delivery times below reflect DHL's standard transit times and are provided for guidance only.

Germany: 1–5 business days

European Union: 3–10 business days

International destinations: 5–20 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, local postal services, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to declare a lower value on shipments or alter customs documentation.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or similar fees cannot be refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
